Misfit Strength is more than a "Gym". We are a beacon for those who are looking to improve themselves mentally and physically while challenging themselves beyond their comfort zone.
We are truly a family and supportive community to each other. We pride ourselves on our level of our knowledge and ability to educate our community on the importance of training with a purpose rather than following trending “workouts of the day”.
Our Coaches are knowledgeable and highly-skilled in various training disciplines including, Sports Performance, Functional Range Conditioning (FRC), Conjugate Method Training, as well as, general fitness and weight-loss.
